How much time it takes in consultation ?
If you visit the clinic , it takes half an hour in the first consult as we do the BCA test and consecutive weekly visits takes 10 minutes only.
Can I do the program online ?
Yes, online diet program is equally effective. You need to update us basic details, diet recall etc over the phone or email. We then explain the basics over the phone which takes about 15-20 minutes. And then weekly consecutive follow ups takes 5-10 minutes over the call.
